Are the items made of genuine 925 sterling silver?
Yes, our items are made of 925 sterling silver if they are marked as such. We also carry gold jewelry and stainless steel jewelry. Silver items are marked 925, as can be seen in the pictures.
Why do the items shine so much?
The items have been highly polished.
Are the items solid or hollow?
Basically, all of our items are solid. However, we also have a few items that are hollow. The type of processing, whether hollow or solid, is always stated in the item description. Please read this carefully. If there is no information about this and you are unsure, please contact us with the direct link to the item and we will check it for you.
Why does silver change color and does it go away?
Silver discolors and that is normal. Silver jewelry reacts with hydrogen sulfide, which can be found in the air. This combination forms silver sulfide on the surface. This discolors and gives your jewelry its black color. More for some, less for others. It also always depends on your skin type. One person wears a necklace and it discolors more quickly than another. In general, you shouldn't go swimming, go to the sauna or wear perfume when you're wearing jewelry. What can you do about it? We generally recommend having silver jewelry cleaned at regular intervals. At a jeweler or yourself if you have the equipment. It's like a car: if you don't look after it, it gets dirty and after a while it won't look as good as new.

The cleaning cloth provided is not suitable for polishing. It is intended to remove dust, fingerprints or similar particles from the piece of jewelry. For professional polishing, we recommend hiring a local jeweler. This does not cost too much and does not take long.
Label Removal
Please only remove the security label if you want to keep the item. Please use scissors or a knife to do this. Forcible tearing can damage the item.
What materials are used for gilding?
Our items are plated with real gold.
How long does the gold plating last?
There is no general answer to this. The basic material is a silver chain with a thin layer of gold applied to it. This depends very much on how the chain is used and cared for. One person wears the chain 24/7 and does not take it off even when swimming, goes to the sauna with the chain and sprays perfume on it every day. Another person only wears the chain at the weekend, is always very careful with the chain, cleans it regularly and stores it in the jewelry box provided. For some, the gold plating does not last as long as for others. In general, you should not go swimming, go to the sauna or wear perfume with jewelry.
What do the numbers in brackets in the title of each article mean?
These are our article numbers. For example (K135). We include these article numbers in the title so that our customers can find their way around the large number of articles a little better. For example, we have plate chains in 4 widths and 5 lengths. Each article has its own article number. If you have any questions about an article, you can include the article number so that we know internally which article you are talking about.

Which type of request is better made by email and which by telephone?
It is better to send inquiries regarding the shipment status by email. We need your name so that we can check the system to see where the order is and then we can give you the shipment number again directly. This is not very practical over the phone. You have given an incorrect delivery address and you remember it shortly before 2 p.m. (orders are dispatched at 2 p.m.). In this case, it is advisable to call to inform us of the incorrect delivery address.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course, you will receive an invoice for every purchase. It will be sent by email to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder as emails often end up there. If you purchase on account with Klarna, our invoice is not to be understood as a request for payment. You will receive a separate invoice from Klarna with the payment information.
What time do I have to place an order for it to be shipped the same day?
All orders received and paid for by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Is there a return slip?
We do not offer free returns.
Which shipping company do you use to ship orders?
Currently only via DHL.

The item I want is not available in my length. Can you shorten/lengthen the item?
Unfortunately not. We do not have a workshop in Germany. For thin, uncomplicated items, a local jeweler can certainly help.
Can you produce custom pieces?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer this service.
What do I need to pay attention to when making a return?
To ensure a smooth return process, it is important that the labels on the item are not removed, that the item is unused and that the original packaging is returned. The item can of course be tried on and tested. However, it is a different matter if you wear the item for 10 days and possibly damage it or spray it with so much perfume that the smell can no longer be removed from the item. Please repackage the item as it was delivered to you (chain wrapped in paper). This protects it from damage and theft during shipping.
Which shipping company should I use to return the item?
That's up to you. We recommend the DHL package up to 2kg.
Is it possible to cancel before the item is shipped?
In principle, yes, but our shipping processes are optimized so that the order is sent out as quickly as possible. This means that it is not possible to stop the order once it has been sent for shipping. Therefore, please think carefully about whether to buy a product or not. Our shipping is external - our office (support) and shipping are at different locations.
