After years of being established on the market, we are unfortunately still faced with the persistent accusation of selling fake jewelry as silver jewelry. Even the consumer protection agency has dealt with our business practices in the past. Below we would like to explain in more detail the results of the sampling they carried out. The consumer protection agency acts without prior notice by taking products from our warehouse and subjecting them to a thorough inspection.
- The sample is conspicuous - but why?
During the first inspection, the only complaint was that there was not enough seller information on our items. We reacted immediately and labelled our products accordingly, so that since then our address has been visible on every zip bag.
We were then inspected again to check whether we had rectified the identified deficiencies. And we were successful!
When you buy jewelry online these days, the first question you should ask yourself is, "Who is behind this business?" If there are no pictures of the people behind the business on the online store or on their social media accounts, you should ask yourself why that is the case. In an era where social media is ubiquitous and people share their lives publicly, it is perfectly reasonable to question why a company is unwilling to present its products on camera and introduce itself and its corporate philosophy.
Compliance with legal regulations and standards may seem irrelevant to many consumers until an unfortunate incident occurs. In our case, we have now received multiple confirmations from consumer protection agencies that our products are made of genuine 925 sterling silver and that there are no complaints. We have published videos documenting the melting process of our jewelry and published our invoices from suppliers that clearly show that the jewelry is silver. We want to make it clear: We do not sell any counterfeits!
