After years of established presence on the market, we are unfortunately still confronted with the persistent accusation of selling fake jewelry as silver jewelry. Even the consumer protection authority has looked into our business practices in the past. Below we would like to explain the results of the sampling carried out by you in more detail. Consumer Protection acts without prior notice by removing products from our warehouse and subjecting them to a thorough inspection.
- The sample is striking - but why?
During the first inspection, the only complaint was that there was insufficient seller information on our items. We responded immediately and labeled our products accordingly so that our address has been visible on every zip bag since then.
We were then subjected to another inspection to check whether we had corrected the identified deficiencies. With success!
