EUROPE RETURNS

Unfortunately, the returns portal does not work for customers who did not order from Germany. They must then send the return to the following address:

Please only return unworn items with undamaged security tags .

The processing (inspection of the goods and subsequent refund of the purchase price) of your return can take up to fourteen days.

Please include the delivery note from the order if you still have it and put the item back in the correctly labeled Zip bag, as this makes it easier to identify the item and speeds up the process. Once the return has been received, it will be checked and automatically refunded.

NON EUROPE RETURN

Customers from non-EU member states are not entitled to a right of return due to the lack of a right of cancellation. The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not members of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
