These are available on Ebay from just €1.30 including shipping. Alternatively can
Take a strip of paper, wrap it around your finger and put it there
Make a mark if the strip overlaps. Then wrap it
Strip off again and measure the length of the strip with a ruler or tape measure
Strip up to the mark. The millimeters correspond to the ring size.
As an example, if you measure 6cm or 60mm, the ring size would be 60.
