Please fill it out completely so that the return can be processed more quickly. Include it with the return.

Please only return unworn items with undamaged security tags .

We recommend returning all items as a package. Letters are not insured and can easily be torn and the contents stolen. Due to weather conditions, letters are also not suitable for returning our items.

Taipan Jewelry does not offer free returns. You must pay the direct costs of the return.

The processing (inspection of the goods and subsequent refund of the purchase price) of your return can take up to fourteen days.
